- We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹1199. - Cash on Delivery (COD) is available but Prepaid orders may receive an extra discount of 1–2%. - We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India . - Standard delivery times may vary between 5–10 business days. - Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email or SMS. - Delays caused by courier services, customs, or natural events are beyond our control.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products, and the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. - We do not accept returns or exchanges if the product is disliked or due to a change of mind, as our items are crafted in precious metals, and we aim to protect against misuse or fraudulent claims. - To be eligible for return/exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a clear unpacking video as proof. - If any of these conditions are not met, Jayash Luxe Silver reserves the right to deny the return or exchange request after evaluation. - Customized or sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. - Please refer to our complete Return Policy for detailed terms and conditions.
